Announcement package bad quality
Let's start with the name cards. They're not the same color of card stock as the announcements.
They have a silver ink box which is off center. That's not so bad. What is bad is that the ones that are centered have a crooked cut across the top of card and all of the name cards look like they were on perforated sheets. My own cards did not look like this.
10x the quality. Probably Balfour because we all got Balfour rings back then. Anywho...then there is the ink they used. Not thermal.
Why does it matter? The announcements are in thermal and the name card gets put in the middle of the announcement so there should be continuity. The only continuity is in the lack of quality of the products. The outer envelope looks just like the inner envelope.
Not thicker. The paper quality is bad. The announcement paper is thin and all of the announcements puff up in the middle because the paper weight cannot hold the design well. Then there are the do-it-youself thank you notes.
They are very bad quality card stock and you have to fold them. I tried to fold two as perfectly as possible and they are way off. There is no crease to go by. The edges won't match up for me.
This entire package is a deal you should not spend your money on. I have been trying to find new name cards that will fit, new outer envelopes and I need new thank yous as well.
That may sound easy but the the announcements are a particularly off color of off-white and hard to find. Bad quality.

It worked out well calling to make our payment on the customer service. The lady was kind and very helpful on the phone.
Need a resize
I'm to resize it so I can wear it again I'm getting told they cannot resize I also feel like it's false advertisement

I ordered a solid gold Bachelor of Science graduation ring with a diamond to be updated for my Master of Arts degree, but instead of replacing "B.S." with "M.A.," they inscribed the number 24. Oddly enough, 2024 is already on the other side, so the mistake is baffling, even though they admitted it was an error. After returning the ring, I received the exact same thing three months later, with no changes made. When I called to confirm they had the correct instructions again, they assured me they did.
This company lacks quality assurance and clearly doesnt know what theyre doing. Theyre not a reputable jewelry provider.

Hey, I was contacting to find the mistake that I made today when you come to Rosa Fort High School. Today I put in my paper that I was 285 but when i weighted myself this afternoon Im actually 250.

Didn't receive and I had my graduation with just my cap and gown for my graduation and didn't receive what I paid for, Aaliyah Nolden. I called so much but did not really resolve the matter for my grandbaby's graduation.
So, I will not tell anybody else at the school to deal with you all. Thank you and may God bless you.

Website is horrible/pricing not transparent
Their website is designed to take advantage of the customer and defaults to add additional paid perks to whatever you're ordering. A cap and gown advertised at $29.99 ends up being $60! The yearbook process is ridiculous adding $15 in additional product unless you unselect.
It's not user friendly and is designed to take advantage and dishonestly maximize their profits.

Today I received my Yearbook, which was delivered to the school 2+ weeks behind schedule. This is inexcusable lateness considering that even if Jostens had needed to reprint and bind the entire order of Yearbooks, they would have likely arrived quicker.
Upon examining my 2-week-late Yearbook, I found a series of mistakes which the Yearbook company I was previously with never made.
Stock images were used on the cover page, still visibly reading the word stock, showing that Jostens did not bother to purchase the image.
The name on my personalized Yearbook was not centered to any extent in the corner of the cover or by other means of alignment.
Bindery was performed incorrectly and as a result of such, the spines lettering was not centered.
The Year In Review pages were printed at a low resolution, instead of reprinting the last signature, Jostens decided to add additional pages, making the Year In Review a double print in the final copy. It goes to show how little Jostens cares.
After viewing first hand how catastrophically horrendous the products of this company are, I would never recommend this company to anyone whatsoever.

Verified Buyer |Never received cap n gown
I ordered my son Christian Butler cap n gown on 2/1/2024 from my home in Himble, Tx for Nimitz high school. Why I havent heard anything else about his cap n gown, no udate to my emaol or nothing from Josten.
His school never called hia name to pick up his cap n gown from the person over graduations at his school. Someone needs to get to the bottom of this to see why he hasn't received his cap n gown. It shouldve been mailed to my house not his school. I didnt pay through the school nor did I order it from the school.
I paid Josten and need answers now. He graduates May 29, 2024 and doesnt have his cap n gown for me to take his senior pictures. He only has one senior photo pose I purchased from the school. Yes Im pissed.
I will keep his and use it for future graduations. Im never purchasing anything from this company.

I can't believe schools still use this piece of crap company for caps, gowns, etc. These thieves claimed to have NO RECORD of my son's payment, which forced me to repay so that the cap and gown would be back in time.
These scammers then delivered 2 sets of caps and gowns for my son, saying that there's a balance owed on one! I'm still waiting on my refund.

My parents gave me a class ring that they paid for. It has a lifetime warranty, but someone stole my class ring.
I called customer service to get my class ring back. The lady told me that I had to pay for my class ring again. I told her no, it has a lifetime warranty.
I'm very disappointed. Why would they lie?

Ordered cap and gown awful.
It was the worst website for buying things online. I ordered a purple cap and gown, but they gave me a white one and the delivery was awful.

Error on website not corrected
Order a personal stole for my sons graduation and when ordering the year would not change it would stay on 2022 so thought it was a glitch and it would be fixed and received the stole w/ the year of 2022 not 2024 and the company said because it was personalized they would not refund or fix i was pretty upset they didnt even offer a discount for a second one, nothing and I had to pay an embroidery co. To fix it and take it to get sewn on.
